“Chef Ben and Chef Arthur prepared a special birthday dinner for 8 of us during our stay in Playa Negra. We worked with them to select a custom menu and they accommodated us every step of the way. They were always responsive to our emails. We chose smoked eggplant, ceviche, and tuna tartare as starters- all were amazing and artistic in presentation. We chose the local fish as the main course and it was so delicious. They prepared various gourmet tacos for the 3 kids (ages 5, 7, 9) and the adults couldn’t help but steal a few- there were plenty. I will always remember the dessert - the best I ever had. A salted caramel and chocolate pie. There was not a crumb left! Chefs Ben and Arthur made the experience seamless. Dinner was served family style so there was plenty to share. They did all the dishes and clean-up without us even knowing as we enjoyed the great food and conversation. My only regret is that we had no leftovers the next day! I would highly recommend Chef Ben and Chef Arthur when you are in Costa Rica.”

We booked a later dinner so we had time to put our kids to bed before sitting down to enjoy the absolute perfection that came out of the kitchen.
